
Brittany Knapp, a senior at Lone Peak High School is asking for donations to take with her on a humanitarian trip to Zambia, Africa. You can donate both supplies and/or money.
Supplies needed: Backpacks (clean, strong, good condition), puzzles (preferably wooden), games, soccer balls (please deflate), ball hand pumps, long rope for jump rope and other activities, paperback reading books for grade K-4, flip-fops (children's sizes), wash clothes, hand towels, full sized bar soap, toothpaste, baby bed sheets, receiving blankets, baby formula, bab blankets, yarn, crochet hooks, pain killers, cotton balls, anti fungal cream, eye drops, cough syrup.drops, antibacterial cream (Neosporin), de-worming medicine, hydro cortisone cream, antacids (tums, rolaids), Deep Heat, Antihistamine, small cups (for dispensing liquids at the clinic), Ziplock bags (snack and quarter size), silver colored sharpie markers.
Any cash donations will be greatly appreciated as well: only $35 will feed a child every day for a month (checks payable to Mothers Without Borders).
Please leave all donations on your doorstep to be picked up by Wednesday June 18th 5-9pm. You may also bring them to her house - for her contact information please call Summer or Karen.
